בשימוש באפליקציה אמונה ("האפליקציה") אתה מסכים לתנאי שימוש אלה. אם אינך מסכים, אנא הפסק להשתמש באפליקציה.

By using the Emunah app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

אנחנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעדכן תנאים אלה בכל עת. המשך השימוש לאחר פרסום שינוי מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

רישיון שימוש

License to Use

אנחנו מעניקים לך רישיון אישי, מוגבל, בלתי-עביר ולא-בלעדי לשימוש באפליקציה על גבי מכשיר Apple שבבעלותך, בכפוף לתנאי שימוש זה ולתנאי App Store של Apple.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on an Apple device you own, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

• מותר: שימוש אישי, לא מסחרי — קריאת תנ״ך, צפייה בפסוק יומי, שיחה עם ה-AI.
• אסור: העתקה, שינוי, הפצה מחדש, הנדסה לאחור, או שימוש מסחרי כלשהו.
• אסור: שימוש אוטומטי (בוטים, סקריפטים) שפוגע בתשתית השירות.

• Permitted: Personal, non-commercial use — reading the Tanakh, viewing the daily verse, chatting with the AI.
• Prohibited: Copying, modifying, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or any commercial use.
• Prohibited: Automated access (bots, scripts) that harms the service infrastructure.

הצ׳אט מופעל על-ידי מודל שפה של OpenAI ונועד לסייע בהבנת התנ״ך ובלימוד יהודי בצורה נגישה. יש להבין את הדברים הבאים:

The chat is powered by an OpenAI language model, designed to help with accessible Torah learning and understanding the Tanakh. Please understand the following:

• תשובות ה-AI עלולות להיות חלקיות, שגויות, או חסרות הקשר הלכתי מלא.
• אין לראות בתשובות אלה פסיקת הלכה, ייעוץ רבני, ייעוץ רפואי, משפטי, נפשי, או כל ייעוץ מקצועי אחר.
• לשאלות הלכתיות יש לפנות לרב מוסמך.
• המידע הנשלח לצ׳אט מועבר ל-OpenAI לצורך עיבוד — ראה את מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.

• AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or lack full halachic context.
• These responses do not constitute a halachic ruling, rabbinic advice, medical, legal, psychological, or any other professional advice.
• For halachic questions, please consult a qualified rabbi.
• Messages sent to the chat are forwarded to OpenAI for processing — see our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Use

אסור להשתמש באפליקציה לצרכים הבאים:

You may not use the App for any of the following:

• הפצת תוכן פוגעני, גזעני, שנאה, או בלתי חוקי.
• ניסיון לעקוף אמצעי אבטחה או לגשת לנתונים של משתמשים אחרים.
• שימוש בתשובות ה-AI לצרכים מסחריים ללא רשות מפורשת בכתב.
• כל שימוש שמפר חוק ישראלי, אמריקאי, או חוק בינלאומי רלוונטי.

• Distributing offensive, racist, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access other users' data.
• Using AI responses for commercial purposes without express written permission.
• Any use that violates Israeli, US, or other applicable international law.

Intellectual Property

כל הזכויות בעיצוב האפליקציה, בממשק המשתמש, בלוגו, ובתוכן המקורי שנוצר על-ידינו שמורות לנו. אין להשתמש בהם ללא אישור מפורש.

All rights in the App's design, user interface, logo, and original content we create are reserved by us. You may not use them without explicit permission.

שם האפליקציה "אמונה" ו-"Emunah" והסמל שלה הם סימני מסחר בשימוש שלנו.

The name "אמונה" / "Emunah" and its icon are trademarks in our use.

הפסקת שירות

Termination

אנחנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות להפסיק או להגביל את גישתך לאפליקציה, בכל עת וללא הודעה מוקדמת, אם הפרת תנאים אלה. הפסקת שימוש מצידך אפשרית בכל עת פשוט על-ידי מחיקת האפליקציה.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time and without notice if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time simply by deleting it.

הגבלת אחריות

Limitation of Liability

האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" (AS IS), ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו ערבים לזמינות רציפה, לדיוק תשובות ה-AI, או להיעדר שגיאות.

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, AI response accuracy, or the absence of errors.

במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, לא נהיה אחראים לנזקים ישירים, עקיפים, מקריים, או תוצאתיים שנגרמו משימוש באפליקציה.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Governing Law & Disputes

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל סכסוך יובא לדיון בפני בתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Israel.
